Well i skip thetravel part cuz i don think theres many thing to talk about.. jus some place for us to take photo.. in the trip we suppose to go for Hot Spring b4 going to 士林夜市, Shi Lin Ye Shi.. but me n family don feel like going for the hot spring cuz we think is watsing our time there so we ask them to drop us at the Shi Lin Ye Shi Then we go back ourself, who knows everybody in the trip follow us go down instead of going to the hot spring.. haha..

We reach 士林夜市, Shi Lin Ye Shi around 5.30pm.. so is not fully open yet.. so we try some of the food there like always, 卤肉饭, Ru Rou Fan , 蚵仔煎, E A Jian, , 甜不辣,Tempura, 牛肉面, Beef Noodle... i eat these thing everyday but i don feel boring.. haha.. i try some of these food in Shi Lin Ye Shi in different shop... but all of em okok only.. the best is the 小笼包, teh skin is soft and got lot of juice inside..

1 thing that are famous in 士林夜市, Shi Lin Ye Shi is 花枝羹, Hua Zhi Geng... in Taiwan they call squid, 花枝...花枝羹, Hua Zhi Geng means squid cook in some sticky sauce.. is something like.. the shark fin soup we eat outside.. but there is squid and some vege inside.. it serve with their Taiwan style rice noodle.. but guess wat.. i NEVER try this dish.. haiz.. i went to queue for the chicken while my parent n my bro are eating... zzzz.. speechless..

After those food.. i still lepak in 士林夜市 for some new food.. well.. i found 水煎包,Water Pan Fried Bun and 台湾XL炸鸡扒, Taiwan XL Fried Chicken.. 水煎包 also a famous bun in Taiwan.. they pan fried the bun in a very very deep pan then add some water then cover it to let it cook.. the taste is like 生肉包,Shang Yok Bao in Malaysia but the bottom got bit crispy cuz it pan fried b4... n the skin is soft soft n QQ wan.. very nice... again... it has soup inside...when u bite the juice will burst out... haha..

Then we go for the 台湾XL炸鸡扒, Taiwan XL Fried Chicken... WOW!!! the line is so long... is the longest line over there.. i have to queue for 10 min... aiks... but worth it... the size is really XL... and the taste is better than those in Malaysia Pasar Malam... the bone part in at the bottom.. so u can enjoy the chicken first then only go for the bone.. the meat is moist even is chicken breast... it taste like chicken leg... took me so long to finish it.. cuz is very Hot.. not i eat very slow... hahhaa...

Phewww.. im full again...
